CHIEF COMPLAINT: 17 year old female patient came with a complaint of pain in the left lower back and lumps over the left back region.
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 month ago,she underwent left percutaneous Nephrostomy for pyelonephritis.Patient is on CIC and bladder wash
HISTORY OF PAST ILLNESS: No History of diabetes mellitus,hypertension,Thyroid,Asthma epilepsy

No similar history in the family

Patient is conscious,coheresnt and cooperative at the time of joining

No lymphadenopathy
No cyanosis
No malnutrition
No dehydration
No clubbing of finger

Temperature-afebrile

BP-110/70mmHg
Spo-98percent
