CHIEF COMPLAINT:
26 year old male patient ,mechanic by occupation,came to OPD with chief complaint of fever and chills since 5 days
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:
Patient was Asymptomatic 5 days ago
Patient complained of fever before 5 days and went to local hospital and diagnosed Dengue and thrombocytopenia
HISTORY OF PAST ILLNESS:
No hypertension
No diabetes
No Tuberculosis
No Asthma
No CAD
